A Performance Sports Fitness Trainer will develop and implement an individualised approach to your physical fitness, working one-on-one with you. Your trainer will help you assess your level of physical fitness and help you work toward a personal fitness goal through proper exercise instruction and personal motivation. The 5 classic components of fitness are muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Our trainers are all about the fun factor!!

 
   
   
 

Morning Kickstart:  Start your morning with an invigorating outdoor training session. Using interval style training, functional and core strengthening activities to energize strengthen tone and relax your body.

Boxfit is training the way boxers train without having to get hit! Get fit, loose weight and build confidence, release stress. Boxing training is one of the most enjoyable ways to get fit. Boxing is as good for the mind as it is for the body. Modern living brings plenty of stress, whether in work or at home. There is nothing like pounding away to clear the head.

 

Boxing + Core**:  A combination of 30 mins of boxing plus 30 mins of core strengthening exercises.

For those of you looking for a lean, strong body without the bulky bodybuilder look or like a collection of body parts – Kettlebell circuit training is for you.
