Nothing like you’ve ever experienced before, the Performance Sports Fitness Group outdoor FATNESS to FITNESS CAMPS are 8 week challenges run over two or three mornings a week.

 

They are Functional outdoor group fitness training sessions in Dee Why Sydney. helping you cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life.

 

Group Outdoor trainings sessions are run in various locations. They incorporate cardio and strength drills, and exercises to produce Core stability and flexibility, aiming to help prevent injury and improve your posture. A challenging (but rewarding!) course.

Our outdoor workouts are efficient because you work your entire body - heart and muscles - by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve callisthenics like push-ups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. In our camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.
